Link pangolin and identity provider account

Summary

It would be useful to link a pangolin account to that of an identity provider. This would simplify login, give users flexibility and avoid duplicate accounts or access rules if both are required or a pangolin only setup needs to migrate to an identity provider. The end goal is to have one Pangolin account per user, with zero or multiple identity provider accounts linked. any login method yields the same permissions since everything is one account

Motivation

While exploring OIDC integrated applications, I find myself creating users again on the identity provider which i need to set up from zero again, even though through linking to the existing pangolin account this could be simplified.

Proposed Solution

I would like to see a similar approach to Forgejo, where if you log into it from an identity provider, you are prompted if you want to link an existing account. Then you can log in with that as well and your accounts are linked. No access rules have to be doubled and migrating between identity providers becomes very easy.

Alternatives Considered

Using both pangolin auth and identity providers side by side is a hassle if you need both, when migrating you can set up everything again but it is tedious
