AI-3019 - Lab 01 (CSS-r): Explore the Azure AI Extension
Task: Deploy resources into your Azure subscription
Step 7: Finally, use the Azure CLI to execute a Bicep deployment script to provision Azure resources in your resource group:
az deployment group create --resource-group $RG_NAME --template-file "mslearn-postgresql/Allfiles/Labs/Shared/deploy.bicep" --parameters restore=false adminLogin=pgAdmin adminLoginPassword=$ADMIN_PASSWORD
When running this code, it fails with "CustomDomainInUse". I have tried this with multiple sets of credentials from the same cloud sub pool, and found no existing artifacts in any of the subscriptions that should cause this.

I'm also having problem in the step 7: after running the command, I got the following error.

I'm receiving the same error after running the deployment command in Labs 1-7.
Affected Labs:

After running the deployment command, the following error is returned:
I also attempted to create the AI Language Resource before running the deployment; however, the same deployment error still occurred.
Additional Observation:
While investigating the deployment failure, I observed that manually creating an AI Language Resource fails with the following validation error:
CanNotCreateMultipleFreeAccounts
At this time, it is unclear whether this validation error is related to the deployment failure because the deployment error occurs even when the AI Language Resource creation step is skipped.
