Two trajectories started within one second share the timestamp directory, overwrite meta.json and images/000.jpg, and mix transcript entries. Allocate a unique directory atomically under runs while preserving the timestamp prefix. The regression starts two runs at the same fixed time and verifies their metadata, images, and transcripts remain independent.

Validation: PYTHONPATH=computer-use-best-practices python -m pytest computer-use-best-practices/tests/test_trajectory.py -q (1 passed in 0.02s). The regression tests fail on the unchanged main branch. Tests use local fixtures; no paid API calls.

Prepared with Codex assistance; the final diff and regression behavior were checked locally.
