[fix] Interval with later.parse.recur() throws error, while later.parse.text() works fine. #256

Node.js version: 18.20.3

OS version: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1

Description: Running a job with an interval defined using later.parse.recur() results in an error. later.parse.text() works fine.
