The starter README routed readers through an article's old final-code section. Replace that route with direct demo and completed-source links for the planned free release.

The completed repository is still private during preparation; the README says so and explains the possible access error. It preserves the exact tutorial, screenshots, original asset credits, and creator link. It also documents this starter's own npm setup, available scripts, lack of a committed lockfile/package-manager pin, sample content, and Google Fonts build dependency. README.md is the only changed file.

Validation on Node.js 24.19.0 and npm 11.9.0:

  • npm install --no-package-lock --no-audit --no-fund: passed. No lockfile or dependency changes are proposed.
  • npm run lint: passed with no lint warnings/errors; Next.js emitted its existing next-lint deprecation notice.
  • npm run build: failed after three retries downloading the existing Inter font from Google Fonts. The README records that build-time network requirement; a production preview was not run because the build did not complete.
  • Confirmed the tutorial/demo/source URLs, explicit private-preparation status, and removal of the old paid-access routing. All 58 original tracked files were materialized and verified; only README.md differs.

Keep this as a draft while release access and licensing are reviewed. No project-wide license is added or blanket rights granted to third-party assets. This PR does not make the completed repository public or change the live demo, YouTube, the article, or storefronts.
