DO NOT MERGE. This is an early compatibility probe for the breaking-changes release, including APIs deprecated in 0.91 and since removed from c2pa-rs.

The tracking branch now targets c2pa-rs main at e06865ef4589f4b50560e12198b6377dd4ef8513. Its nightly workflow successfully built Android native archives, but the Android AAR/JNI build failed because the current c2pa.h no longer declares c2pa_load_settings, c2pa_builder_data_hashed_placeholder, c2pa_builder_sign_data_hashed_embeddable, c2pa_format_embeddable, or c2pa_signer_from_settings. Instrumented tests were not reached. This PR intentionally records the incompatibility; it is not ready to merge.

The tracking branch is refreshed by automation and later nightly syncs can advance it again.
