The model configuration pages omitted the bundled server startup setting. Document disabling and re-enabling it, restart timing, and provider requirements.

Explain the model server setting in terms of model choices and downloads. Keep the commands on the models page and link from the settings reference to avoid duplication.
The opt-out guidance suggested running a separate model server without setup instructions. Direct readers to re-enable the bundled service using the documented commands.
The model service instructions describe an error that adds no action for readers. Remove that sentence while retaining the re-enable procedure and provider guidance.
