Release v4.1.0 #31
Description
We attempted to release v4.1.0 but this was not successful because of reasons that need to be ironed out. Our CI isn't fully testing what it needs to test. We need to do more thorough CI and re-release v4.1.0

Do you know specifically why this is? I found a bug in the

If you're checking out

Thats fair. It looks like the last commit on
develhere broke with respect to the referenced submodule version of fprime. Perhaps it was supposed to be updated as well?
