Release and change audit
Latest release: v0.92.0 (published 2026-10-15T04:47:22Z). The local checkout is shallow (depth 1), so history was reviewed via the GitHub API (
list_commits/get_commit) instead of localgit log/git diff, per the read-only-when-shallow rule.A prior Instructions Janitor run (commit
fed828c, 2026-10-15T17:32:52Z) had already synced the docs/model-routing changes that shipped in this release. I audited everything merged tomainafter that sync point (10 more commits touching.github/aw/ordocs/, through064246aat 2026-10-16T21:07:47Z).Findings:
.github/aw/directly (debug-playbook.mdadditions,cli-commands.mdhealth reference,debug-agentic-workflow.md/debug-model-engine-misconfiguration.mddry-run/model diagnostics) already carried their own instruction updates in the same PR — no gap.docs/src/content/docs/reference/*.mdbut not the agent-facing.github/aw/files — fixed here:create-issue: falseto disable automatic issue output #69369 addedcreate-issue: falseto disable the auto-injectedcreate_issuetool/prompt (schema-validated, sticky across imports)..github/aw/safe-outputs-content.mddocumented thecreate-issue:object form but never mentioned auto-injection or the new opt-out.safe-outputs.threat-detection.ca-certto let the threat-detection job inherit or override the agent's private CA certificate..github/aw/safe-outputs-runtime.mdlisted every otherthreat-detection:field but was missing this one.gh aw compile --no-logo/ persistent lock-header opt-out), was left out:.github/aw/cli-commands.mdalready omits several less-common compile flags by design, and this one doesn't change agent-observable behavior.Size audit
wc -l .github/aw/*.md— all 77 files remain under their targets.cli-commands.mdis the closest at 399/400 lines (pre-existing; no new content added to it this run).Duplication audit
Reviewed
debug-agentic-workflow.md,debug-model-engine-misconfiguration.md, anddebug-playbook.md(all touched by the same recent PR) for overlap — cross-references are clean, no duplicated guidance found.Accuracy audit
Spot-checked
pkg/workflow/compiler_types.go,pkg/workflow/safe_outputs_config.go, andpkg/parser/schemas/main_workflow_schema.jsonhistory since the last sync; the two gaps above were the only user-facing schema changes without a corresponding.github/aw/update.Files changed
.github/aw/safe-outputs-content.md.github/aw/safe-outputs-runtime.mdBoth files remain well under their 400-line targets, and no duplicated content was introduced.
