Related: #7712

The guide promises a non-root container user, but containers.run() and both exec_run() calls leave user unset. This corrects the existing paragraph to say that execution uses the image's configured user, which may be root.

The runtime user-selection change proposed in #7712 remains open.

Testing Plan

Checked the container creation and both exec calls against 12c7bed. All applicable pre-commit hooks pass: end-of-file, trailing whitespace, documentation links and guide index, and spelling. The documentation hook used a native Python launcher on Windows.

The code examples are unchanged. No unit tests or Docker E2E were run for this prose-only correction.
