Add a dedicated 'Usage with Kiro' section with a one-click Add to Kiro install button and a version-split config table, matching the existing VS Code and Cursor install buttons. Move Kiro out of the shared 'Claude Desktop / Amazon Q Developer / Kiro CLI' heading so Kiro has its own section. Add a Kiro entry to the Table of Contents and a CHANGELOG entry.

Description
Adds a one-click Add to Kiro installation button for the Terraform MCP Server, matching the existing VS Code and Cursor install buttons already in the README.
### Usage with Kirosection with the Add-to-Kiro button and a version-split (0.3.0+ / 0.2.3) JSON config block, consistent with every other client section.The button uses Kiro's install-link scheme (
https://kiro.dev/launch/mcp/add?...), which opens a confirmation dialog in Kiro showing the command and args before anything is written to the user's config. The button config is the minimal unauthenticated form (docker run -i --rm hashicorp/terraform-mcp-server), matching the VS Code and Cursor buttons in this same README; the version-pinned tag andTFE_ADDRESS/TFE_TOKENinputs remain in the config block below the button.This supersedes #341, which proposed the same "Add to Kiro" badge but stalled on a missing CHANGELOG entry and an unsigned CLA. This PR gives Kiro its own section (per the maintainer's suggestion on #341 to update that area) and includes the CHANGELOG entry.
