searched issues and PRs, no dupe for this.

every mcp file server reimplements pdf/docx parsing badly.

TLDR: add a file parse example server.

one parse_file tool using pure js parsers, no binaries, with fixtures for tests. keeps it light. happy to send a PR if that helps.
