Android Bundler command always having reset-cache enabled

in android bundle command, why do you always set --reset-cache instead of getting value from metro.config.js or extraPackagerArgs from build.gradle? it seems like assemble task is clearing our cacheStore

Transferring to RN but I agree that resetting the Metro cache shouldn’t be the default for a build, as long as the corresponding “clean” task also clears the Metro cache - maybe we need a better way to facilitate that.
