Create a template for people to create their own "me vs other developer" netlify deploy on github #76

Okay, that issue title is a little clickbaity...not so much a competition as a way to compare different metrics than are usually seen on github. Background reading at https://medium.com/@leskis/why-the-github-metric-monoculture-d179a2f1d130

...basically, I want to see how developers stack up on the metric of "unique PRs merged to repos they don't own", for the reasons in the above article I wrote last year.

Specifically, I'm still chasing the dragon of my old nemesis Steve Purcell (the dude you've never heard of who is single-handedly keeping the internet running)...he's got 1000+ on this metric, whereas I'm only at 520~ish.

So I'm gonna make this for myself anyway, but I imagine it would be super cool to have a project you could clone, then add your github creds and two usernames, and that gets deployed to netlify at something like:

dev1-vs-dev2-github-battle.netlify.app (the long URL to get around any clashes with existing netlify subdomains).

Obviously, you would need a netlify account and to convert your local dotfiles into netlify env vars, but the tasty readme will walk the reader through all of that.

The beauty part is that the actual data aggregation/processing for two users easily runs in CD, and netlify can do that via a python script no issue. Even with me and Purcell (two high metric users), it's done within about 5 minutes.
