Add HTML copy button to code examples in the readme and manual - #1091

Allow readers of the web versions of README.md and Hyperboles manual to
copy the source code examples by clicking a button.
* man/Lucide-LICENSE: Licens information for svg icons.
* man/copy-btn.css:
* man/copy-btn.html:
* man/copy-btn.js: Copy button resources.
* MANIFEST: Add man/Lucide-LICENSE, man/copy-btn.css, man/copy-btn.html,
man/copy-btn.js.
* Makefile (TEXI2HTML): Use copy-btn.css.
(README.md.html): Use pandoc to add copy-btn to the generated html.
* man/hyperbole.texi (Package Installation): Add @lisp command around
@verbatiminclude to get a unique code tags in the generated
HTML. Include at document end copy-btn.js.
* man/hyperbole.html:
* README.md.html: Generated HTML.

This is to be able to reuse copy-btn.js when constructing HTML with pandoc. Sp we can use copy-btn.js in two places. I guess "HTML for loading copy-btn.js" is more to the point.
