Remove developer-local entries from go.work

In a normal single-repository checkout, including the build-test CI job, neither sibling module exists. Go automatically activates this root go.work, so every go build, go test, or generator command attempts to load ../sdk-go and ../workspace2/temporal before operating on this module and fails. Keep this developer-specific workspace untracked or make the demo establish its workspace without changing the repository-wide Go workspace.
