Consolidated official-images PRs retain only last version in title #2675

• follows on from Wrong commit message version automatically created #2616

Current behavior

When multiple PRs are created, triggered by the automatic-updates.yml workflow, consolidation into a single PR, destined for the https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull list, the PR title and commit message reflect only the last update.

Expected behavior

Title and commit message should list each of the Node.js versions contained in the docker-library/official-images pull request.

Example

docker-library/official-images#22615

PR Title and commit message:

Node: feat: Node.js v24.22.2

PR contains Node.js 24.22.2 & 26.13.0

Node.js 26.13.0 is missing in the PR title and commit message
